Bridge Mental Health has been recognised as a workplace of health and wellbeing in the London Healthy Workplace Charter Awards. Bridge is being awarded an Achievement Award and staff are delighted.
The London Healthy Workplace Charter is a self-assessment framework that recognises and rewards employers for investing in workplace health and wellbeing. Employers are encouraged to work towards three levels against each standard: commitment, achievement and excellence.
Categories included mental health, physical health, healthy eating and corporate support in which Bridge excelled. Bridge’s culture as a workplace was deemed one of wellbeing and management transparent and approachable.
CEO Raymond Sheehy said: “Receiving the Achievement Award recognises the achievements of staff across Bridge Mental Health and our Recovery College Greenwich that we are a healthy workforce and a place to work that promotes wellbeing. We have invested in this area as we believe wellbeing to be vital in employment and to excel in the sector.”
