At Bridge, we work hard to raise mental health awareness in the UK and provide mental health support and we have an even greater focus in light of this year’s upcoming World Mental Health Day. We provide services and support to those living with long term mental disorders to ensure they can transition from living in our care to supporting themselves and living a more fulfilling role in their community. Our services to those with mental health issues in the UK include the following:
- Support services – we provide anything from 1 hour per week in an individual’s home to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in onsite housing. We customise this service according to the individuals needs.
- Individual assessments – this ensures we understand your situation completely and can tailor a service according to your specific requirements. This also gives us a chance to explain the process and present you with options to consider.
- Diversion – our diversion services ensures individuals with mental issues are referred to other service providers in the industry who will be of good service to them. With our partnerships with other organisations, we are able to offer support and an all-round service.
- Respite and recovery – here mental health clients can have access to early interventions, therapy and treatment for their mental health issues. This is aimed at helping individuals reintegrate into their community and to have a better understanding and control of their condition.
If you provide a mental health service or support in the Greenwich area, let us know. We would love to know how others in the field are helping to create mental health awareness and provide support this World Mental Health Day.
