Woolwich’s General Gordon Square hosted a joint celebration of social enterprise and World Mental Health Day.
The Social Saturday event – a showcase of stalls from social enterprises in the Greenwich borough – coincided with World Mental Health Day on October 10.
Social enterprises are businesses investing profits in projects that support local communities, international development and charities.
Stallholders at the event, organised by Social Enterprise UK, included bike workshop Lucky Brakes and the Coffee Ethic café, which provides opportunities for people who have experienced mental illnesses.
